Our design experts provide advice to all small to mid-sized companies and their facility needs. We have strong partnerships with all our trusted manufacturers and have great relationships with architect firms. We offer both new and used office furniture options that best fit the design needs of any growing corporation. From a design perspective, we have seen it all, and our team of top-notch designers not only listens to our customers, but also advises them on all the latest regulations; keeping them up to date with the latest code requirements.

Our in-house-services personnel are second-to-none when it comes to installation and product knowledge. Need it in days? No problem, our people can do it, and do it with a smile!

Better Source will deliver your office furniture to anywhere across the U.S.A. Our delivery experts and mobile fleet can get your office furniture to you for any size project. Though our mobile fleet typically delivers to locations across Northern California, we also have a team ready to deliver your office furniture anywhere your business resides. Not only will we deliver to your location, but we can also take any old furniture off of your hands, whether just removal, or possible liquidation.
We Store
Sometimes moves take longer than you’d like. We can help you store your furniture between moves, and deliver it when you’re ready.
Better Source has over 60,000 square feet of warehouse storage space across two facilities. Whether your upcoming office move is on hold, or if you are in between moves and need a place to keep your office furniture safe and accessible, we are the right choice for you. We can discuss your plans and help guide you with expert advice for the right amount of storage at the right price.
We Liquidate
If your company is downsizing or reorganizing, we can help you clean shop.
Over the last 15 years Better Source has become the largest liquidator of commercial furniture in the Bay Area. Our relationships run strong with our clients and we pride ourselves in buying back quality products from them, as well as from local Fortune 500 companies. Once we acquire an inventory, we store it, and then bring it back to market for small-to-midsized companies to enjoy! We Decommission
We work with workspaces looking to decommission and nonprofit organizations in need of furniture.
Our sister company, Greener Source, is dedicated to decommissioning businesses in the most cost effective and eco-friendly way possible. We work directly with companies to ensure that the office furniture they no longer need is either resold for the best value, donated to registered charitable organizations or recycled by material. Better Source can return your furniture back to virtually new condition! Whether we are refinishing or repairing furniture, repurposing, painting or putting new fabric on chairs, the last place we want furniture to go is to the dump. Got a file cabinet that needs new paint? We have a professional paint shop to get them back to looking like new! If you have worn out fabric on your chairs, we work with major fabric manufacturers like Burch, Maharam, Momentum, and Gilford of Maine to help you repurpose the cushions. We have done it all; from putting new fabric on lounge seating, mobile file pedestals and cubicle walls, to repainting and/or refinishing desks and conference tables, BetterSource takes pride in our “Green Story”. Have a wood reception unit or private office desk that needs some touch-up? We can bring it back to life!
